Delivery Information
We ship world wide.
Pick up is available in Adelaide on most tiems 9am till 4:30pm monday to friday.
Items are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared.
This may not include items that are not in stock, and/or need to be custom manufactured.
Delivery usually takes approximately 2 to 3 days when offering express, or 5 to 10 business days if being sent regular Australia Post mail.
Buyers will be able to trace the delivery online during the entire shipment with a unique tracking number when requested.
Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on checkout page before payment.
Any changes of address after checkout will not be considered as valid.
GT Dynamix is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or errors made by the buyer.
A re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for any item that is undeliverable (wrong address or unsuccessful contact) and is returned to GT Dynamix.
Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am to 5pm) on weekdays.
Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
